Jolesch Enterprises operates a text-messaging notification service for event photography. When a participant registers at one of our events, they are asked to optionally provide a U.S. mobile phone number to receive a small number of transactional and promotional text messages about that participant's event photos.
If you opt in, you'll receive 1-5 messages per event, sent via automated dialing system, including:
Messages may include promotional language about photo products available for purchase. We do not send messages outside this scope — no unrelated marketing, no third-party advertising.
You opt in by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on the on-site registration form completed at the event. Opt-in is optional — registration can be completed without it, and consenting to text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. We will stop sending text messages to that number within 24 hours of receiving the STOP keyword. Reply HELP for assistance and our contact information.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. We are not responsible for charges levied by your carrier.
All major U.S. carriers are supported. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times and is provided on an "as is" basis.

When you opt in to our SMS service, we record:
Your phone number and the associated metadata are used solely to deliver the photo-related SMS messages described in the Terms of Service section above.
We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data is used solely to facilitate the SMS service. The phone number is shared with our SMS service provider strictly to deliver the messages you opted in to receive. Our SMS service provider is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
We retain your phone number and consent records to provide the service and to send you products and offers from the events you attended. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing customerservice@joleschenterprises.com.
Phone numbers and consent metadata are stored in an access-controlled database hosted in the United States. Access is limited to Jolesch Enterprises staff with a legitimate operational need.
Our SMS service is intended for parents and guardians, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect phone numbers from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact customerservice@joleschenterprises.com and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by re-prompting for SMS consent on registration before the next message is sent.
